Warranty & Product Support

Dr. Brown's products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or use with non-compatible accessories are not covered under this warranty. Nipples and pacifiers are excluded due to hygiene reasons unless defective out of the box.

Once we receive your claim and necessary documentation, our team typically reviews and processes warranty claims within 3-5 business days. Replacements are shipped shortly thereafter.
